Important Consumer Notice Regarding Uncertified Look-Alike Devices
Please take note that there are look-alike resonators on the market which are produced by companies without a track record or reputation, nor are their products certified as safe. Always verify genuine Rife Health / Wave Technologies certification before applying any electronic resonator to the body.
Instruments Certified in Europe
Our manufacturing facility has been inspected by European and South African authorities and found to be compliant with the international safety and quality standard ISO 13485 for medical instrumentation.
Our instruments were successfully tested by European laboratories against the strict standards for medical instrumentation: EN 60601-1-2:2001, EN 55011, EN 61000-4-2, EN 61000-4-3, and EN 61000-4-8.
We did this to give our users the assurance that the Wave series of resonators is completely safe to apply to the human body (even babies) and does not radiate harmful electromagnetic waves — nor can static electricity change the output to become harmful to the user.
Buy-Back Warranty & Customer Policies
If you are not satisfied with your Wave resonator, you can return it for a refund within 2 weeks, or we will buy it back anytime longer than 2 weeks after purchasing it!

Each Wave resonator carries a comprehensive two-year (24-month) warranty covering factory defects and electronic malfunctions under normal operating conditions.
Physical damage caused by dropping the unit, water immersion, lightning/power surges, or unauthorized tampering with internal components is excluded from the standard factory warranty, though affordable factory repair is always available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your instrument within the first two weeks (14 days) after receiving it, you may return it in its original condition and packaging for full compensation, minus the shipping and a 10% administration/handling fee.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are refunded in full less any non-recoverable payment gateway processing fees.
Buyback Procedure (After 2 Weeks)
Even after the initial 14-day full-refund window has passed, Wave Technologies offers a unique Buy-Back Warranty.
Should you no longer need your Wave resonator in the future, contact us with your serial number and proof of purchase. Subject to inspection of the instrument's condition, we will offer a fair buy-back valuation or trade-in credit toward a newer model.
Order and Delivery Policy
Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation and shipped via tracked courier service. Delivery times vary by destination region and customs clearance.
Please note that due to international airfreight safety regulations, lithium-ion 18650 batteries are not shipped inside devices sent by air; full specifications are provided on our Technical page so you can source them locally with ease.
Repairs & Technical Problems
In the unlikely event that your instrument experiences a technical fault, contact our technical support team first — most software or configuration questions are resolved remotely at no cost. If hardware servicing is required, return the unit to our authorized service center for rapid repair or replacement.
